Non-GMO - Painted Mountain Corn is my favorite field corn that I grow at Wayland Chilies. It was developed in the mountains of Montana producing a colorful hardy corn. The average ear of corn is 6-7" on 4-5' stalks. It matures in 90 days.
The corn is ideal for grinding into a high-nutrition flour as well as decorating, roasting, or hominy grits. I grow it in isolation to ensure that it is not cross polinated with other varities of corn. Organically grown.
