Heat tolerant green with dark green, glossy leaves and white, juicy midribs. Harvest at any stage and use in salads, as braising greens, boiled or pickled. Flavor grows stronger as plants mature. A turnip relative grown almost exclusively in Japan, Taiwan and Korea before its introduction to U.S. specialty markets.
