Compact plants hosting densely growing, brilliant green leaves on striking white stems. The first organic hybrid pac choy on the market and an AAS winner, plants are exceptional in form, flavor and performance, and extrememly slow to bolt.Though the plants are compact in habit, they are weighty. Leaves are smooth and uniform and plants can be harvested at baby size as a quick growing green. A showstopper in our trials fields, this beautiful pac choy can grow to massive size when left in the field.
