
Non-GMO - Bloody Butcher corn has been grown in Virginia since 1845. The drought-tolerant stalks grow up to 12 feet tall with two ears 8 to 12 inches long. The corn matures in 100-110 days with a beautiful maroon and red-black kernels. Can be eaten like corn on the cob during the milk stage and when mature the kernels are used for flour, and cornmeal.
