Ancho Large Mexican is a mild chile that is 4 to 5 inches long and 2 to 3 inches wide. Pods have medium thick flesh. Matures from dark green to red. Plants grow between 30 to 36 inches tall. Used for Mexican cuisine, mole, powder, roasting and stuffing.
