Aleppo is a mild poblano type chile that measures about 4 inches long by 1.5 inches wide on plants that are about 30 inches tall. The pendant pods have medium thick flesh and matures from green to red in about 80 days. Originates from Syria. Culinary uses include dried whole, flake and powder. Other names include Halaby pepper.
