Aji Dulce is a sweet habanero that has all of the delicious habanero flavor without the heat. There are three Aji Dulce varieties, this is variety II and is identified by the traditional habanero shaped pod. In Brazil this chili is used to make a sweet jam. It is a key ingredient in making HallacaIn, a Venezuelan dish. In Puerto Rico it is used in many sauces, such as recaito, sofrito or mojito isleno.
