Aji Cristal pepper is originally from Curico, Chile. Large 3 foot plants is loaded with 3 1/2 long pods. Waxy pods mature from light green to yellow to reddish-orange. Spicy citrus flavor is delicious in salsa and chutney. Matures 90 days from transplant.
